Returns

TallerHeels.com operates a fair policy of accepting returns provided the goods and their packaging are received back by us within 7 days in accordance with the following guidelines:-

1. Please advise us by email to service@tallerheels.com within 7 days of delivery that you wish to make a return and quote your order number.

2. We will send you details of your returns number and the correct address to use.

3. Ensure the packaging and goods are returned to us in "as new" condition. Damaged or used goods cannot be refunded.

4. When the goods are received you will be credited with the cost of the item returned, minus the outward postage.

5. Should you choose to exchange your item, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping costs. You may also be charged shipping for the replacement item at the decision of TallerHeels.

Contract For Sale

All products on this website are to be regarded as an invitation to treat. Any order placed by a customer is an offer to purchase, which Dongfang Ltd on behalf of TallerHeels may accept or decline in its absolute discretion without having to give reason. N o contract will be formed until full payment has been approved and received by TallerHeels.com

Any contract or agreements formed between yourself and Dongfang Ltd on behalf of TallerHeels shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

No communication by any representative of TallerHeels will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions. Email shall not be considered as ‘written’ communication.

TallerHeels endeavor to keep all product details as accurate as possible and reasonable errors may be present. However these details do not form part of any contract.

All our shipping prices are estimated by TallerHeels.com. Although accuracy is a high priority we cannon guarantee an exact cost of shipping by our shipping agents. Therefore upon an order, the customer is contracted to pay the shipping price regardless of its accuracy or not. Not refund can be givn for any difference in actual postage cost and estimated.
