Pull-ups and Chin-ups are one of the many forms of stretching exercises that you can do to help to grow taller naturally. These exercises work the shoulders, arms, the back, and obliques and allow the discs between the bones in your back to temporarily respite, reducing spinal compression.

-Pull body until neck reaches the height of the hands.

-Lower body until arms and shoulders are fully extended.

B. Chin-up

-Step up and grasp bar with an overhand grip.

-Pull down until the chin is above the bar.

-Lower body until arms and shoulders are fully extended.

C. Close Grip Chin-up

-Lower body until arms and shoulders are fully extended.

Dead lifts are a simple exercice to strengthen the back muscles and by doing so you will no doubt improve your posture. Posture has a major influence on your height, and can literally add inches to your height. Remember that improving posture is not just about standing up straight. Yes, that is helpful but you need strong back and neck muscles to ensure that your back and head is fully supported.

Yoga helps to keep your muscles strong and supple. Supple muscles whilst your bones are growing in length is essential to maximise full growth potential. Ensure your flexibility is the best it possibly can be.

Please warm up before you start any of the exercises or consult with a doctor or physician.

These exercises will work best for persons before adolescence, in aiding them to grow taller and increase height.
