About these Gel Height Insoles
Includes an adjustable layer system - adjust the thickness to your desired height increase.
Increase the thickness of these height insoles to approximately 1.5 inches (or 3.5cm) with multi-layers to adjust the desired height (some customers purchase two pairs to stack on top of each other, for double height). Each pair comes with two main layers, plus six additional layers. If you would like to purchase more layers, please contact us.

Reduces pressure on the back and knees when walking - reduce spinal shrinkage with age. Works excellently with our memory foam insoles by placing them over the top of this type.
