Probably unknown to most people, you can actually get insoles that make you taller – believe it or not. The black part is the primary layer and is approximately around 1.5 inches (3.5cm) in thickness at its thickest part. This layer gradually goes thinner as it moves down towards the toe part – this is to allow room within the shoe for your foot to slip into, whilst still elevating the heel.

The red layer is an optional additional layer for anyone wishing to appear even taller. These is easily removable and is about half an inch (1.25cm) in thickness. It is excellent for that added boost.
