Insoles that make you Taller
Probably unknown to most people, you can actually get insoles that make you taller – believe it or not. These little inventions are called height increase insoles, and according to market research data, approximately 3 million people in the US are wearing them, with another 2 million in Europe. The amount of people in Asia wearing them is beyond imagination – this is where the trend started.
So what are they?
They are basically uniquely designed insoles, made specifically for either height increase or for medical reasons such as leg length discrepancy. They don’t actually make you grow, but the magic in them is how they deceptively make you appear taller.
Check out this image that was found on a seller of these insoles.
This is a cross section of a shoe showing the insoles inside it. The shoe has literally been cut open to show the insoles. Its a great image showing exactly how these insoles work.
These insoles that make you taller consist of 2 layers (other types may have more layers). The black part is the primary layer and is approximately around 1.5 inches (3.5cm) in thickness at its thickest part. This layer gradually goes thinner as it moves down towards the toe part – this is to allow room within the shoe for your foot to slip into, whilst still elevating the heel.
The red layer is an optional additional layer for anyone wishing to appear even taller. These is easily removable and is about half an inch (1.25cm) in thickness. It is excellent for that added boost.
Most users of these insoles start with the black layer and later use the optional red layer to prevent people noticing any sudden increase in height.
Who uses them?
Many people of all types use these insoles. Businessmen, interviewees, school kids, sport persons such as basketballers, boxers and tennis players.
They originated in Asia and was they were brought to the west by a company called TallerHeels, who perfected designs and pioneered the height increase market in the US and Europe. This company now designs these modern stylish and comfortable insoles, which first started out as blocks of wood in the shoes of asian pacific natives.
Where can I buy them?
TallerHeels.com are the worlds largest supplier and thus have the best prices around. As they design the insoles from, they are able to supply at the lowest prices. Other suppliers are around on the net although at a much higher price due to reselling and patent rights.
These insoles that make you taller are designed specifically for comfort combined with height increase, and so this excellent invention has really took off around the world, with a market which is 68% male, 32% female.

You may ask yourself the same question, time and time again – Is there anyway to get taller?
Well the answer to this question depends on a wide range of variables as follows.
Under the age of adolescence -
You have a much higher chance of increasing your final height potential the younger you are when you start thinking about anyway to get taller. This is because your growth plates (on the ends of your bones) have not fused yet and also because your growth hormone levels have not diminished yet.
Eat protein – this is the single most important thing you can do. When you are young, your growth hormone levels are at their highest, but much of it that is produced is going to waste. This is simply because growth hormone cannot help you grow taller on its own, it needs a catalyst – and one of the essential catalysts that you need is protein. It will convert all that secreted hormone into height, allowing you to get taller quicker! Protein can be obtained from meat and fish. Lower but adequate levels can also be found in tofu, eggs and rice. But hold on, there is also another essential ingredient to this process…
Vitamins! Eat your fruit and vegetables to get taller. The vitamins and minerals you can get from these will help the protein be properly processed by your body. Ensuring that you can grow to your potential.
Sleep a lot – ensure you get at least 8 hours sleep a night, and even more for those under 16. It is a fact that growth hormone levels are at their highest when you are sleeping. Maximize the amount delivered by simply having a good night sleep.
Is there anyway to get taller after puberty?
Feel like you have reached your final potential height?
Think your too old to grow anymore? Are you still asking yourself: Is there anyway to get taller? Well there are actually still a range of things you can do to get taller, or even look taller without increasing your height.
The things you can do in this position…
Wear height increasing insoles – these new inventions will literally give you an extra one or two inches, depending on which styles you buy. They are designed specially so that there is enough room in your shoe to put the foot in due to their tapered shape whereby they only elevate the heel to make you appear taller.
Stretching – ensure you stretch every day, only to your own safe capabilities. This will help keep the spine healthy and ensure the discs do not compress as you age.
Take Chondriotin supplements – this can be picked up in any health food shop, or even your supermarket. It will help maintain the cartilage in your joints, which in turn has an impact on your height. The back contains large amounts of cartilage, as does your knees and pelvis. As this is worn away as we get older, it causes us to shrink in height (something people rarely know about).

Having a leg length discrepancy is something that most people do not know the full consequences of. Unless you have it, you may not have even heard of it. So what is it? Leg length discrepancy is basically having an unequal leg length, or in other words, having one leg shorter than the other. This can be caused by a number of reasons. These include leg fractures, birth defects, injuries and more. The main question that those of you who suffer from this condition is, what can be done about it? Well, good news guys, because recently heel lifts, shoe lifts or shoe inserts have been used by many patients of leg length discrepancy around the world. Medical professionals are actually prescribing these shoe lifts to their patients.
Shoe lifts in simple terms, are inserted into the shoe of the shorter leg, providing a small raised platform so that the shorter leg can stand flat without the twisting of the pelvis.
This is remarkable for patients because if nothing is done about a limb length discrepancy, serious side effects can occur, such as back pain caused by the bending of the spine and too much torsion and stress on the ligaments of the ankle knee and hip.
If you suffer from unequal leg lengths, we recommend using the adjustable shoe lifts from TallerHeels.com
“It is important that you correct this problemto prevent further complications arising out of having one leg shorter than the other” – Nobert Klass (Medic)
